Welcome to Digital Unite’s Digital Inclusion Impact Diagnostic.

Our Diagnostic enables you to assess the impact your organisation could have on the digital inclusion agenda.

It will also show you the benefits that can accrue to your organisation from getting involved in digital inclusion, such as improved employee engagement, customer loyalty and brand awareness, not to mention CSR and DSR (Digital Social Responsibility) credentials. See our digital inclusion glossary for more on these terms.

How does the Digital Inclusion Impact Diagnostic work?

It’s very simple. You will be asked to answer a series of questions and at the end you’ll get a customised report based on your answers. The report will detail your organisation’s Digital Inclusion Impact Potential and also contain suggestions on how you can develop strategies, processes and activities to promote digital equality in the community.

Completing the Diagnostic will take around ten minutes and no preparation is needed.

Who should use the diagnostic?

Anyone with a working knowledge of your organisation’s interest in CSR, DSR, digital inclusion and/or employee volunteering should be able to complete the diagnostic – or you could do it as a team to stimulate discussion and thinking.

If you don’t feel the organisation you work with, or represent, has any great knowledge or demonstrable track record in these areas, don’t worry!

Why not use the exercise of working through the diagnostic as a first step to thinking about it all?

What sort of questions are in it?

First, we’ll ask you a few simple questions about your current approach towards digital inclusion, social responsibility and employee volunteering. Then we’ll ask you what your biggest challenges or issues are in this area. Finally, we’ll find out which opportunities to have a digital impact through employee volunteers are most compelling for you.

Whether you choose to continue your exploration of the digital inclusion and digital skills agenda with Digital Unite will be entirely up to you. Your Digital Inclusion Impact Potential report will be yours to keep regardless.

We look forward to reflecting your digital inclusion potential back to you.
